Based in New York City, Michelle has led brand strategy, partnerships, and talent initiatives across beauty and lifestyle. She has driven full-scale 360° rebrands, high-performing influencer and retail partnerships, curated influencer trips, pop-ups, and founder-led events designed for both cultural relevance and measurable growth.
Her work has delivered strong earned media value performance and partnership innovation recognized by major retail partners including Sephora.
With a background spanning brand, talent, and experiential marketing, Michelle brings a holistic understanding of how modern brands grow — blending positioning, partnerships, and influence into strategies that scale.
